Stripe and Eftheia

A payment provider and an accounting record play different roles.

01

Understand the relationship

Stripe is a payments provider. Eftheia access depends on its separate provider setup. That relationship does not mean that every product in the Stripe ecosystem is a native Eftheia capability. Check the specific workflow and account context before assuming a provider feature is available.

02

Keep provider records clear

When reviewing activity involving a payment provider, separate the customer payment, any provider fees and the settlement received. Keep the source references together so a reviewer can follow the relationship between those amounts.

03

Do not confuse recording with execution

A record of a payment is not an instruction to move money. Neither this page nor the preview initiates payments. Use the actual provider and Eftheia application interfaces for the actions they support, with the relevant permissions and review.

04

Ask about the exact workflow

If you need a particular connection or payment feature, describe the outcome to support@eftheia.com. A precise question about the records or account involved is more useful than treating a broad integration label as a promise of every possible feature.
